We just completed a rennovation of our first floor including kitchen, half bath, lighting and flooring with the Nicklaus Group of Lancaster. For the start to the finish, we were completely satisfied with all facets of the project. During the design phase Bryan Wing, the owner was helpful and patient. Whenever we made an appointment to meet with him, he took all of the time we needed and was patient with our questions and design changes throughout the process. Their showroom and design center in Lascaster has many products and layouts on display. We were able to get a great design concept and necessary upgrades to make our new space just right. He didnt rush us. We took several months to decide and never felt pressure to sign and start before we were ready. His proposal was detailed and included all costs. (nothing hidden) The construction phase began on a Monday and within 2 days the demolition and redesign of the kitchen was completed. The crew cleaned up at a high level after every phase of the job. By the end of the first week, the new cabinets were set and ready to measure for countertops. The flooring was completed in one day for four rooms! The Nicklaus Group installed the flooring and also had the best price. Appliances were installed next by Big Sandy Superstore. Shout out to Greg Jackson at the Polaris location. His product knowledge helped us pick the right appliances in a very easy process. The best of the four big box retailers we shopped. Wood trim, the half- bath, backsplash, above and under cabinet fridge, cabinet add ons were completed the third week. From start to finish with Nicklaus Group took 23 work days to complete work. We were back in our kitchen for the most part after 16 days. Our painter finished touch-up, doors and trim a few days after Nicklaus Group completed their work. We did make a few change orders to the original proposal that were incorporated easily into the project. Success of the project was achieved by good communication with Bryan Wing (Nicklaus Group Owner) He made sure our wishes on the project (light fixuture placement, outlet location, type of outlets, handle location, etc) were incorporated into the work schedule. I think this was a strength of the company along with a meticulous and skilled work force. Shout outs to all of his team.

"The Nicklaus Group" from start to finish guided me through choices, even sent me to a designer to help, for a variety of colors and choices. They quickly and safely removed my old cabinets replacing them with new, with little mess an down time of my sink and range. they were careful with details and small things, From plumbing to the electrical work. the workers were also careful with their work. careful not to disrupt our lives anymore than need be. we also got a beautiful finished product at good price. Oh, they also fixed a problem that wasn't even their fault. i would trust them with any job.
